**Travel Executive Burgess Hill - Job Description**
**Reports to: Travel Services Operations Manager**
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- To represent Travelworx to all CAE Burgess Hill customers. Contacting the clients before their training commences, offering them the services of Travelworx.
- Represent the organization at community activities/Networking to enhance the organisation's community profile
- Produce and manage sales pipelines from both new and existing clientele and reporting progress to the TSOM
- Manage and produce sound sales campaigns working with Client Services
- Extend the footprint of the Travelworx division within the industry
- Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with suppliers and other
- organisations to help achieve global and local preferential rates and discounts for Travelworx customers. Obtain commissionable rates and corporate rates wherever possible, as well as achieving a credit account with suppliers to support the operational cashflow of the business
- Build and maintain client relationships. Ensure effective communication at all levels and work with the TSOM on any client requirement changes and issue rectification
- Produce newsletters for CAE staff regarding Travelworx as well as obtain and offer discounts in the local area for CAE staff
**Key Requirements**

- Knowledge of hotel industry an advantage

**Working Conditions**
Working in an office environment
Work a 40 hour week, but additionally may involve some work during the evening and weekends to accommodate activities such as client requirements and representing the organisation at public events.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
