Incorpore Limited is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team. We are looking for additional support to our existing online health and wellbeing products. Incorpore is the UK's largest provider of corporate wellness services with over 2,700 of the country's largest organisations as clients serving over 12 million employees.

Working as part of the Sales and Marketing Team, the Online Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting some of our wellbeing products and services and managing certain aspects of our online presence. You will also deliver a range of communications to our clients and help develop marketing plans and engagement pieces to lead the growth and uptake of our products. We are looking for an excellent all-round communicator equal to the challenge of communicating with a range of audiences across many diverse clients, ultimately engaging their staff in the benefits of a more active lifestyle.

Ideally, you will have experience at online marketing but most importantly you will be passionate about working for a dynamic company who has set out to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of the UK's working population.

**Main Purpose**:
To support the growth of our wellbeing websites, increasing take-up within key clients.

To develop and implement plans to increase awareness, take-up and understanding of the online wellbeing products and services.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- To work with the Online Marketing Manager to proactively develop and implement engagement plans for our key clients.
- To help produce and distribute communication materials and website/e
- communications e.g. web copy, social media activity, e-bulletins, brochures, leaflets, newsletters etc.
- To manage some elements of the website administration.
- To build relationships with certain wellbeing partners.
- To contribute to the ongoing development of our websites.
- To help maintain relevant marketing databases with the department.
- To undertake any other activities or projects which raise the profile of our products.
- Any other reasonable duties that fall within the role of Online Marketing Executive
- To undertake any reasonable travelling requirements of the role

**Personal Development Supervision and Training**
- Participate in regular support and supervision from line management.
- Continuously develop professional knowledge and expertise, attending and participating in learning and development events, meetings, conferences and events as requested by the Director or line manager to ensure up to date knowledge relevant to the role.
- Attend and participate in regular team and other meetings, both internal and external.

**Policies and Procedures**
- The post holder will be expected, at all times to be familiar and comply with written policies procedures and guidelines for good practice issued by Incorpore Limited

**Confidentiality**

All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters they may learn relating to their employment, other members of staff and the general public

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
