As a B2C Content Marketing Specialist you will be reporting to our Head of Marketing and you will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and drive engagement. You will work mainly with the UK market, but you will be part of the Group Marketing Team that operates in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Italy and Poland. Your role will be to work closely with clients to create content that aligns with business goals and targets the right audience through a variety of different channels. In this role you will be working both independently and collaboratively within the local and Group Marketing Team.
- You will be creating and developing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, as well as analysing them, including measuring traffic, conversions, sales and providing insights for future campaigns.
- You will be taking ownership of the client/employee engagement strategy and communicating with clients on a regular basis to plan and create personalised marketing campaigns.
- You will be communicating effectively with Account Managers on marketing plans, client engagement and campaign performance.
- You will be creating content (posters, flyers, video, social media, banners, blogs etc).
- You will be doing market research into industry trends, competitors and customer needs.
- You will be updating the CRM and utilising it day-to-day.
- You will be briefing external marketing agencies on creative design and campaign ideas.
- You will be coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, merchants and partners.
