**Sales Executive**

Burgess Hill

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 1pm

£30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience

Fantastic benefits include:

- 20 days per year, increasing after one full calendar year by one day per year to a maximum of 25 days.
- Fridays are counted as a half-day holiday.
- The office is closed between Christmas and New Year.
- The Company will match contributions up to 7% into our direct contribution pension scheme.
- Death-in-Service cover at the rate of 4 times salary.
- Private health care scheme after 6 months.
- Discretionary Bonus Scheme Based on the previous year's profits and paid annually - This is not a guaranteed scheme but is expected to continue in operation.

Our fantastic client, a leading supplier of engineering equipment is seeking a Sales Executive to join their wonderful team. In this role, you will be the lynch-pin of the sales department, providing support for the Sales Managers and administratively followingthe orders through from initial enquiry to final purchase order.

In this role as a Sales Executive, you will use your Sales experience along with your good communication skills to speak to customers consistently throughout the order process. There will also be constant internal liaison with the Process and EstimatingEngineers who will advise about the scope, cost and design of the equipment in the enquiries.

You will report to the Sales Manager who is responsible for picking up the more mature and urgent orders. You will mentor the Sales Assistant and supervise the marketing and social media side of things. This is mainly B2B.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a customer facing position. There is a technical element to this position so experience in an engineering environment will be very beneficial.
