**More about your role**

As our Apprentice New Homes Sales Executive you'll develop the skills knowledge and behaviours to start your career in property sales.

Working within our sales team you will gain first hand training and support to help people make the biggest purchase of their lives, a new home. You will work alongside and shadow experienced members of staff to discover and pursue new sales prospects, buildingand maintaining a future sales pipeline. You will learn to deliver excellent customer service and support the end-to-end property sales process from viewing properties through to reservation, sales and moving in.

You'll have the option to study either a Level 3 Business Administration or Level 2 Junior Estate agent Apprenticeship and access a bespoke learning and development sales training programme.

**More about you**

This is the ideal role for someone wanting to their first step into a career in property sales. This role will be based in Burgess Hill, a new scheme launching soon of 312 homes, therefore you will be a big contribution in showcasing what Places for Peoplehave to offer. You'll be as excited and passionate as we are about selling homes to our customers.

No previous experience is required, as you'll receive the qualifications and training you need to succeed.You'll benefit from an expert team of sale professionals, with a bespoke training plan to support you to learn.

You will also need to be flexible and as most sales happen at weekends then be happy to work Thursday to Monday.

A clear commitment to learning and self-improvement is essential to success in this role.
