**Vehicle Procurement Administrator**

**Location**: Darlington

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £20k - £22k

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, Vehicle Procurement Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists and bring to life the Northgate experience for our customers. **As a Vehicle Procurement Administrator, you will**:

- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Processing orders placed on vehicle management system
- Proactive management of the new delivery vehicle report
- Be the key point of contact internally and externally for delivery related enquiries
- Assist the Vehicle Supply Manager in managing monthly inbound volumes
- Reviewing invoices where required and liaising with finance/purchasing on any queries or anomalies.
- The successful applicant must also be flexible and be able to assist in other aspects of the Depts.’ work as required including raising non-core quotation requests.

**About you**

To be successful, you will need to be up for a challenge, with great listening skills and the determination to go the extra mile for customers. You will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent analytical skills - To be able to disseminate information and produce clear and concise output, accurately and to agreed timescales.
- To have a knowledge and skill level of Excel and competent using and learning other proprietary software, for example SharePoint.
- A flexible approach.
- Vehicle purchasing knowledge
- Advanced Excel competency
