Customer Support Representative

**Location**: Darlington, with the option for hybrid working after successfully completing probation.

**Contract**: 12 Month Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

**Salary**: £23,874 per annum.

As a **Maintenance Planning Administrator**, you’ll be the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring our fleet is safe, reliable, and ready for action. Your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling and coordinating routine and emergency vehicle maintenance.
- Managing records of servicing, repairs, and inspections.
- Managing customer and vehicle data.
- Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitoring compliance with safety and legal standards.
- Keeping our customers informed about their vehicles’ status.
