Case Handler/Customer Service Administrator

Leeds City Centre

£21,000 + monthly bonuses + £1000 welcome bonus

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Five minutes from Leeds Train Station, my client, a fast expanding and developing business, is seeking to hire administrators (who may be entry-level), customer service advisors, and customer service representatives.

What are your duties and responsibilities?
- Managing a large case load of clients and being solely responsible;
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from third parties, such as estate agents or lenders;
- Using multiple IT systems to track work load;
- Correctly processing a number of legal documents;
- Updating clients on the progress of their case;
- Productively prioritising work load.

What are the requirements?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work towards targets and KPI's
- Experience of working in a high volume/fast paced environment
