We're looking for experienced Customer Service Administrators to join a growing team in Leeds City Centre and train towards a recognised financial qualification

The purpose of the role is to connect customers with their assets - safely, securely and responsibly. You'll be a great fit if you're Client Focused, Adaptive and a Team-Player.
**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Respond to inbound telephone calls from customers and their representatives.
- Perform ID & Verification checks in line with GDPR regulations & internal procedures.
- Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge of the products & procedures.
- Escalate queries and complaints to relevant teams.
- Use internal systems to effectively respond to queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Have great Attention to Detail
- Are able to learn Complex Information and relay this to Customers
- Have Customer Service/Call Centre experience, within an FCA regulated environment
- Are able to proficiently use the Microsoft Office package, including Word and Outlook
