The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner for Lifestyle eCommerce vertical in the UK. This role will primarily partner with leading performance advertisers in the eCommerce vertical in the UK to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.
We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner primarily with performance advertisers and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform.
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in our product and partnerships teams
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- At least 6-8+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organisations, or measurement suppliers
- Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, and media mix modeling
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English are required
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- Experience with eCommerce vertical is preferred
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
