**Client Partner, Retail & Ecommerce Responsibilities**:

- Earn a place as trusted advisor to your clients by partnering with them to understand their business objectives and help define where and how Meta can play a role in achieving them.
- Set clear visions for your partnerships and develop annual Joint Business Plans to achieve these goals.
- Transform the way your clients operate their business and how they make marketing investments through trainings, workshops, and measurement studies.
- Identify and pitch incremental revenue opportunities that are aligned to your clients’ growth objectives and scale accordingly in partnership.
- Partner with Meta’s cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with your clients’ media and creative agencies to ensure strong relationships are established, with collaboration towards a common goal of achieving the clients’ business objectives.
- Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipeline.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 8+ years’ experience working in senior Marketing, Account Management and/or Media Sales & Strategy roles, ideally across Ecommerce clients.
- Deep knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to translate insights, product offerings and data into business benefits for the client.
- Strong experience in navigating and influencing within highly matrixed, complex organisations.
- An experienced leader who can immediately gain the credibility of executive clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Fashion & Luxury is a plus but not a requirement.
