Rental & Sales Administrator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the car sales team, ensuring timely processing of orders and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to assist in sales analysis.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in the management of sales documentation, including contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilise Pinewood DMS for financial transactions related to sales and inventory management.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars via Microsoft Outlook, and organising travel arrangements as needed.
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective customer service and follow-up communications.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise workload effectively.
- A background in Motor Industry is desirable
Pay: £24,700.00-£28,000.00 per year
