Administrative Assistant

Position Responsibilities

To provide a high quality administrative service to GRE Senior Management individuals and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all travel requests from relevant staff including hotel bookings, airport car bookings, ensuring relevant authorization and documentation is completed
- Vetting and prioritizing of incoming correspondence for each of the business units prior to distribution/action as requested
- Co-ordinate various aspects of Business Continuity
- Completion of individuals’ expense returns for submission on Concur
- Co-ordinate requests for booking of conference calls, meeting rooms and catering requirements
- Organize courier requests including notary appointments ensuring relevant documentation is completed
- Assistance with formatting, printing and binding of marketing/reporting books as requested
- Diary and Events Management
- Provide administrative support to other business units in a back-up capacity and for cover purposes
- Filing & photocopying as requested
- Ad hoc tasks such as the ordering of stationery, orderly archiving and retrieval of files etc

Position Requirements
- 2+ years in office environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Must have a flexible approach to work
