CNWL Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services are seeking 3 Team Administrator roles to join our Inner Boroughs CAMHS, and support children and young people through our services. Our administration team are key to ensuring the smooth running of our services.

The post holder will be responsible for all day-to-day administration tasks They will need to take initiative in prioritising their workload and helping with the team’s workload. They will need to ensure that the service objectives and deadlines are met.

You will be required to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the team using your excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You should be able to work independently, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis where appropriate.

The successful applicant will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes, but training is available for those who need upskilling. Previous experience with electronic patient record systems, for example, System One would be advantageous. In return, we are offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, where supervision and performance reviews/appraisals form part of our ongoing development of staff. The post will be supervised by the Senior Site Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

**The post holder will also be required to**:

- Maintain a diary of appointments/information for Managers and Directors manually / electronically
- Have sufficient knowledge of patient and professionals requirements to ensure the efficient running of the service
- Establish and maintain a well-organized and effective administrative service able to meet the needs of the service users and staff
- Monitor demand against capacity and escalate to clinical staff where issues arise against agreed protocols.
