Predominantly office-based with 1 day a week WFH

**Company details**

A newly-created and hands-on management accounting role with a growing group of companies based close to Moreton-in-Marsh. With opportunities to manage a small finance team and get involved in all aspects of finance across a number of different sectors.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Monthly management accounts and group consolidation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly financial reporting and KPIs
- Assisting with daily cash flow forecasting
- Involvement in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Analysis of sales, gross margins and customer and product trends
- Intercompany transfers and reconciliations

**An ideal background will include**:

- Sound experience in management accounting
- Experience of consolidations and managing a team would be a bonus
- Knowledge of Power BI would be a pleasant surprise but not expected
- Generally-speaking, a high level of IT proficiency, particularly Excel
- Experience of financial analysis and of developing KPIs
- A strong communicator who can work to tight deadlines
