**The role**:Engineering Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the Cabin Technical team as the Engineering Programme Management Office (PMO) Manager. In this role, you will deliver the cabin engineering programme portfolio, ensuring the right level of control through developing and handling the accurate documentation-reporting to business stakeholders and managing key governance processes and acting as a centralised hub for guidance.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop frameworks and methodologies that ensure the management of portfolios, programmes or projects will be consistent across Engineering
- Proactively manage portfolio, programme or project risks, issues and initiative interdependencies; escalating as required
- Collate and report on status of the overall portfolio, programme or project, identifying any trends and risks/opportunities
- Manage the prioritisation and change control processes, assessing the impact of any changes and making recommendations on the best course of action
- Drive standard process of the PMO discipline, adoption of agile ways of working and work to continuously improve PMO processes
- Conduct health-checks on local initiatives and provide quality assurance support on PMO elements, as required

**Your experience**:

- PMO qualification (P3O) is desirable
- Agile methodology (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management is desirable
- Degree qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Professional Project Management accreditation is desirable e.g. APMP/Prince
- Business understanding (Essential)
