**About the role**

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Client Care Specialist to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover South West London.

We can provide you with the support you need to gain knowledge of the inner workings of the motor industry.

This is a challenging role where client care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

As a Client Care Specialist, you will provide outstanding client care and be the vital link between our clients and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the client up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our clients.

Client Support Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our clients with the highest possible levels of service. We are open to discuss the potential of either of the below working patterns:
Monday to Friday, Saturday on a rota basis
Tuesday to Saturday

**About you**

A strong customer service background, and exceptional communicational skills as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
