**Job Title**: Procurement Specialist (Facilities and Services) - 12 Month FTC

**Location**: South Lumley Street, Grangemouth.

**Contract**: Full Time / 12 Month FTC - Monday to Thursday, 08:30am - 16.45 & Friday, 08:30 - 12:30 (35 hours p/w) - Occasional travel. Hybrid working.

Whyte & Mackay Ltd is offering a unique opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain. - Lead end-to-end tender processes for key commodity groups, managing annual spend areas of £1 million+.
- Develop and implement strategic supplier partnerships that align with our sustainability and carbon reduction goals.
- Negotiate contracts that deliver the best total cost outcomes while upholding quality, compliance, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure procurement solutions meet both current and future business needs.

**Skills and experience that will help you be a success**:
For this role we're looking for:
- CIPS Diploma or equivalent procurement experience.
- Strong supplier relationship management and risk mitigation skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, including tendering and sustainable sourcing.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinker with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes internally and externally.
