We are seeking an **Apprentice Customer Service Advisor** to join us and enrol on the Stellantis Performance Academy Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity and many of our staff started their careers with Academy programmes.

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is to provide our Aftersales customers with consistently high levels of customer service at every contact with our dealership.

This exciting apprenticeship programme is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, a challenging and varied working environment and who wants to develop a long term career with our company.

**The duties of a Service Customer Advisor typically include**:

- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
- Booking/scheduling vehicle services
- Liaising with customers about any additional work required
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
- Handling customer concerns
- Responding to customer requests
- Tracking the vehicle through the workshop

**Requirements**:
You should be able to demonstrate these personal skills:

- A willingness to learn
- The ability to work well as a part of a team and individually
- Motivation for the role and an interest in the automotive industry
- The ability to problem solve
- Be a clear and confident communicator

Age: 16+

**Qualifications** GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C or 9-4 in Maths and English. Predicated grades are accepted.

‘Equivalent’ grades include:

- BTEC first diplomas and certificates
- OCR Nationals
- Key Skills Level 2
- NVQs
- Essential Skills (Wales)
- Functional Skills Level 2
- Core Skills (Scotland)

**Wages**

National Minimum Wage for Apprentices (age related)

**Hours of work**

40 Hours per week Monday - Friday
