**Accounts Administrator**
**(Full and Part Time, 30-35 hrs per week)**

These newly created roles within the business require experienced accounts administrators to support our core business and satellite offices with accounts support.

You will be a proactive, team player and duties include processing supplier invoices and credits, raising of supplier payments either via BAC's, cheque or faster payment, statement reconciliations, allocation of all payments, processing of expenses and liaising with internal and external suppliers/customers. Travel to group offices is required on occasion as part of this role.

Applicants should have at least two years accounts admin experience to include purchase / sales ledger, experience of managing ledgers and debtors. Essential for this role are IT and prior systems experience including Excel, Xero (desirable) and VAT knowledge.

**Summary of Duties**
- Raising sales invoices
- Issuing client statements
- Purchase ledger duties, match batch and coding of invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Sales ledger duties
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing supplier payment runs
- Making debtor calls / Aged debt control
- Compiling information for Group Finance Manager and external accountants for P&L accounting
