**Account Administrator**

**£20,000 - £25,000 DOE**

CPL are currently working with progressive manufacturing company based in Omagh; who over the past 5 years have experienced significant growth, highlighting their forward thinking mindset as they continue to make a difference in communities across the Europe.

We are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious, self-motivated accounts administrator to assist with the overall financial operations of the business.

**Role’s & Responsibilities;**
- Sales statement processing/ credit control
- Purchase ledger invoice processing
- Employee expenses/ credit card reconciliations
- Purchase ledger reconciliation
- Promotional claim-back reporting and analysis.
- EC Sales/ Intrastat reports
- VAT returns
- Completing/ assisting with other administrative duties as and when required (including answering telephone)

**What we are looking for;**
- A minimum of 1 years experience within an administration role (Ideally you will have done some financial administration)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills including experience of Sage accounts software - Sage 200 (preferred) or Sage 50.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Full UK Driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
