Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on this varied role within the company. The administrative assistant will be at the core of the company's activities, assisting various departments with their administrative needs.
Duties will include:
Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from suppliers and customers; Handling and distributing post; Sales order entry; Contacting suppliers for order updates; Data entry onto accounting and CRM systems as well as Microsoft Excel; Record keeping and handling of promotional goods; Stationery and consumable ordering; Filing, scanning and photocopying; Assisting other departments with their administrative needs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
