Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy North West London office. The role will be to support the team with administration and office support for both the sales and lettings teams.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office
- Coordinate with all teams in the office
- Attend to the phones when the negotiators are unavailable
- Manage key logging
- Ensuring the files are kept up to date at all times
- Order window cards and create brochures for properties
- Assist the team with logging IT issues
- General office duties including post and stationary

**Experience needed**:

- At least 1 year property administration experience (preferred)
- Superb customer service skills
- Highly organised
- Acute attention to detail
- The ability to work well as a team
- Strong IT skills
- Impeccable time management skills

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
