A great opportunity has arisen for a Finance Accountant - Compliance to join a fast-growing business based in High Wycombe.
This is a newly created role offering excellent progression opportunities and hybrid working options.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver on annual reporting requirements for the financial statements
- Work in conjunction with Group Financial Accountant to provide clear, accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring external financial reporting compliance.
- Work with the Group Financial Accountant to develop the controls framework within the group for Senior Accounting compliance.
- Work within a framework of financial controllership and reporting, ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed and reporting timeframes are adhered to.
- Assist in preparation of reports and analysis, including capital allowances, to meet Corp Tax QIPS submission and payments on a timely basis, including building a review process of quarterly submissions for Group FD.
- Complete annual compliance requirements
- Provide analytical support on other adhoc tasks to support the Group Financial Accountant and Group Finance team.
**Requirements**:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA
- An understanding of IFRS, Corporation Tax, internal audit and fixed assets
- Process improvements to ensure drive towards efficiencies
- Interacting with non-financial staff and managers
