We’re looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to join our brilliant Service Control team as Customer Service Operators. In this vital role, you’ll be the calm voice on the line when our customers call in - answering queries, logging service requests like a pro, updating our systems, and making sure the right info gets to the right team. You'll follow up, keep things ticking, and make every customer feel like a VIP.

**The Role**:

- **Part-time: 17.5 hours per week**:

- Worked over a **3-week rota**:

- **Weekend shifts**: 5:00-9:30 AM, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, and 3:00-9:00 PM
- **Various shifts available**:

- **Based at our Head Office in Preston**:

**What we’re looking for**:
A professional, warm telephone manner

Confidence using basic software like Outlook, Excel and Word
