Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will land in a fast-paced environment supporting with over 5,000 users. Your role is brand new and will manage 10 support analysts and be responsibility for scaling the team in line with company growth.

**Location**: West Sussex (3 days WFH)

**Rate**: up to £400 (Inside IR35 - 6 months w/ likely extension)

**Your role as IT Service Desk Lead**
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
- Knowledge of M365 product suite and microsoft stack.
- Demonstrable experience leading a service desk environment, and strategy.
- Experience managing incident response and escalation.
- Experience creating processes and solutions using ITSM tools to provide appropriate governance of company procedures.
- Solid experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
- Knowledge of ITIL (certifications would be a plus).
