Opportunity at RRG Toyota Bradford - Mobile Warranty Administrator*
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Toyota Part-Time Warranty Administrator to join our busy Aftersales department, covering RRG Group West Yorkshire sites (Bradford, Huddersfield and Silsden)
Invoice/crediting and input of warranty
Manage the warranty system for any returned or denied claims
Monitor and manage any old warranty debt
General administration and keep up to date with the latest manufactures communications and requirements
Essential criteria:
As the Warranty Administrator you will be a team player and willing to take on new challenges
You will have the ability to use own initiative and be adaptable to change
You will be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, internally and externally
You will need strong administrative skills and be I.T literate in Excel and Word with previous experience in an administration role
You will need to be organised and have the ability to manage your own time whilst meeting deadlines
As the Warranty Administrator you will have a good eye for detail, able to follow processes and interested in learning new computer systems
Prior warranty administration or motor trade experience would be advantageous but not essential
Full driving license and own transport with B1 insurance
Remuneration package includes:
Competitive Salary
- dependent on experience
Part Time working hours to be decided (approx. 20 hours per week)
Petrol expenses will be repaid in line with gov.uk guild lines

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
