**An Administration Assistant opportunity is available for you to work within a department of caring and sociable administrators, to support 2 Managers and their sales team.**
**Your role**: Administrative Assistant (up to £22,000)
**Hours of work**: 37.5 (Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am to 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch)
**The Location**: Bradford (BD1)
**Your Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000 + bonus (based on company performance)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Administration**
- Processing sales and purchase orders, entering them onto the Sage accounts system and managing transactions with customers and suppliers.
- General administration of the sales order process and job files.
- Supporting the Finance Director with stock take of inventory when required.
- Fielding customer queries for price and availability to the appropriate Short's colleague and ensuring it is followed up in a timely manner.
- Processing and administration of transactions within the warranty and Corrective Action Report (CAR) system
**Divisional Manager Administrative Support**
- General administration of the sales process within the Shorts Integrated Management System in support of our Quality, Health and Safety objectives and accreditations.
**Cross functional support**
- The Sales Administrator provides cover for the Technical Administrator during holidays, absences etc. which includes:
- Answer inbound calls for technical support and log activity, being the first point of contact for our customers' engineers looking for technical support.
- Log calls and allocate to the appropriate Technical Engineer for responses to customers according to prioritisation guidance from the Technical & QHSE Manager
- Ensure all support calls are appropriately logged in the CRM system and are closed out in a timely manner.
- Provide summary reporting of the Technical Support activity on a routine basis.
**Experience / Skills / Knowledge**:
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
- Administration qualification (e.g. NVQ or other relevant certification)
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Good Microsoft Excel skills (evidence of training an advantage)
- Experience of using a CRM system to manage customer activity and records an advantage
- Experience with Sage (Or similar financial software)
- Experience of call handling and dealing with customers by telephone
