We are looking for a Reporting and Comms Lead to join us on a project with our Retail Banking client.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the creation of inputs for monthly Board Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews, working with senior stakeholders to create this view.
Developing a ‘communications repository’ that will form the backbone for reporting communications such as Board Report, monthly updates, Quarterly Business Reviews etc.
Creation of Change & Delivery Storyboards, bringing to life achievements, successes and lessons learned on a quarterly basis.
Produce a range of collateral targeted to different internal audiences.
Managing Change and Delivery’s communications process, bringing to life the achievements of the delivery teams.
Supporting the Change & Delivery PMO to ensure that all senior management and executive level reporting requirements are met.
Participating in development and presentation of strategic change initiatives and driving them through to delivery.
Actively contributing to the process of continual improvement, with regard to self, the team and the wider Change & Delivery community.
Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders across the organisation.
Make recommendations for future reporting, including writing style and presentation.

**Experience**:
The ability to communicate technical ideas in simple terms, bringing to life what the delivery teams have achieved and what it means for the customer and colleague.
Proven experience of writing board friendly updates and executive level reports.
Proven experience of managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
A self-starter who can drive and shape how we communicate, delivering exceptional outcomes for Change & Delivery.
Knowledge of communication tools such as Poppulo.

Experience of agile methods and working in an agile organisation to deliver change.
Experience of best practice and new ideas that can be brought to drive the development of our communication practices and processes.
