Work With Aptitude have partnered with a major FTSE 100 company, who are looking to employ a Comms Lead on an interim 3 month basis.
We are looking for a senior Comms Lead
- to come on board and start the background work for the overall project. This is a crucial role for the organisation, as the position will set the scene for all other joiners.
There will be a mix of Programme, Project and Tactical comms. You will be setting the narrative and messaging on the strategic comms piece, whilst being more hands on and geenrally flexible on the tactical side.
This position is for a technology transformation, so extensive expereince in the tech space is needed.
Some generic duties:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive communications proposition for the programme, working with Change Managers and Communications Leads across the business to ensure the correct tailoring of messages for different agencies leadershipteams
- Advise, coach, manage and mentor more change team members to deliver value and build the capability internally across the business
- Develop strong relationships across internal networks and leadership stakeholder groups
- Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors
