- Be comfortable and competent with ownership & responsibility of managing & leading a department, with previous managerial experience
- Recognise the importance of building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike
- Have a good marketing understanding across a range of disciplines, not just media, including but not limited to SEO, marcomms and experiential

*

*
Our team principles guide how we work, and are pretty good values to live by (even if we do say so ourselves):

- Collaborate: Share ideas, listen to others. Participate. Celebrate each other's successes, and take pride in your own.
- Be committed: Don’t cut corners, don’t copy & paste. Attention to detail and striving for the very best of you takes time, but it's worth it. Aim high.
- Ask “what if?”: Don’t be afraid to try something new. Take inspiration from everywhere. Be open-minded.
- Create opportunities: Don’t settle for the mediocre. Listen to feedback, learn and move on positively. Take considered chances.
