Based in Aberdeen, you will be working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with Saturday’s worked on a rotational basis. We will need you to handle customers enquiries along side assisting with the planning of loads and routing delivery vehicles. The role itself will be varied, with a combination of administrative and operational tasks which differ from day to day. With deadlines to meet, it is key that you can prioritise the workload, ensuring the correct information and data is entered on to our systems. So if you enjoy problem solving and have a keen eye for detail, the operations coordinator role could be the ideal next career for you

A proficient level of IT skills covering Microsoft packages is essential, combined with the ability to develop understanding of internal & external systems. We are looking for a good team player, to join our small group, who have a great working relationship, collaborating towards the common goals. The capability to work on your own initiative, along with a driven approach to all tasks is required, as you will be working within a fast-paced environment. Previous knowledge of transport operations would be advantageous, but if you have proven reliability, with a flexible & adaptable way of working, then you could be well suited for this position.
