INTO is a successful global business with most of its people in the UK. There is a need for increased people business partnering capacity and capability in the UK team and this role has been created as part of a reorganisation to provide that to the business.

As Regional People Business Partner, you will support two of our education centres - Manchester and Lancaster.

To realise its potential, INTO needs to have a People Team ready to deliver on business priorities such as effective capability and performance management, local support of training and development, compliance with policy and legislation, change management and performance coaching.

To be the strategic People Business Partner of our UK Education Centres is to provide a reliably great service which is focused on business priorities and enabling INTO’s people to achieve their potential, driving change and embedding excellence.

You will partner directly with centre-based managers providing pragmatic advice and guidance to solve challenges and build value based on clear understanding of business priorities and culture.

Ideally you will be located close to the Manchester and/or Lancaster area. Travel to other locations will be required occasionally, including London and Brighton.
