**Regional Finance Business Partner - North and Scotland**

**Hybrid with regular travel to regional sites, must be in commuting distance from Manchester, Leeds, Brighouse**

**£50,000 - £55,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus + benefits**

**40 hours per week Monday - Friday**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the West & Scotland Regional Operations teams to meet financial targets and drive improvements
- Get hands-on in branch, working closely with teams to boost performance and uncover new opportunities
- Analyse and challenge branch performance, identifying trends and areas for growth
- Collaborate with the wider finance team to streamline processes and enhance national consistency
- Dive into operations to propose impactful KPIs, boost productivity, and make key commercial decisions
- Lead financial reporting and budget management for your region
- Play a pivotal role in operational system upgrades and changes
- Influence senior leaders, build strong relationships across the business, and champion BCA’s values
