A multinational professional services company based in London (remote role) is seeking an Apprenticeship and Employability Advisor to join their team on a 12 month contract initially.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

- Responsible for developing and maintaining cross-industry employer events
- Management of third-party partnerships, aiming to obtain the best ROI
- Overall management of budget & tracking of ROI
- Conduct on-going research/analysis into our target audience to ensure our sourcing strategies are relevant and distinctive in the market
- Organise and run employability programmes including Movement to Work
- Work with Internal Recruitment Marketing to develop collateral for programmes
- Responsibility for pastoral care of apprentices in collaboration with HR
- Support early talent team leads on ad hoc projects as and when required
- Manage offer process and pipelines for technology internships and employability programmes
- Develop and implement a keep warm strategy for all programmes
- Develop and run orientation for employability programmes

Relationship management:
Internal:

- Manage stakeholder relationships (recruitment sponsors, apprenticeship ambassadors, third party owners, training providers)
- Broader HR teams including Talent Supply Chain team, Learning Team, Field HR teams
- Managers and project lead responsible for apprentices

External:

- Develop and deliver new strategic objectives with business partners, and 3rd party contacts, relating to the promotion and sourcing of internships and employability programmes

Qualifications Skills/Qualifications:

- Detailed knowledge of early engagement recruiting processes, especially focused on internships, apprenticeship, and traineeships, or working with young people in education or charities
- Understanding of working in a professional services environment Knowledge of early engagement trends, particularly with regards internships and employability programmes Competitor awareness
- Budgeting management skills Issue resolution/Problem Solving Skills Relationship management
- Presentation skills Attention to Detail Organisational Skills/Time Management Negotiation Skills Performance Management experience
