An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised, efficient and reliable person to join our Estate agency a as a key member of the team undertaking important and time-critical financial and administrative duties. We are a growing business with 2 branches, looking to launch our 3rdbranch.
The role comprises of many financial and administrative duties that must be carried out in a timely manner to assist with the functioning of the business.
**Key Role and Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate accurate payment runs
- Updating agency accounting system with landlord/tenant charges
- Rent collections and arrear management
- Banking of cash received/reconciling daily card receipts
- Monitoring and processing utility recharges
- Maintenance invoices
- Managing deposits
- Liaise with utility suppliers
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Review all bank accounts daily
- Raising invoices and quotations
- Setting up payment runs
**Advantageous Attributes**:
- Working under pressure and fast paced environments
- Meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of reapit system (preferred)
Full time salary £21,000 - £23,000
**We are looking for a 2 part time staff members or 1 full time staff member.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
