We are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to join our client based in the Rochdale area on a 12 month fixed term contract. The site is situated within 10 minutes drive of Rochdale Hospital and has excellent transport links and the town centre.

**The duties as a Project Assistant**
- Day to day support of the Manager and project workers
- Admin Support - phone calls and data inputting for projects, session planning and general enquiries.
- Auditing projects to ensure that projects are regularly monitored and evaluated.
- Collation of information for projects to submit reports timeously.
- Organise the delivery of lunchtime learnings to all staff.
- Support the writing and submission of small funding bids.
- To support the team in the delivery of structured group sessions, holiday activities and delivering some sessions as required.
- Undertaking necessary Risk Assessments and operating within health and safety guidelines.
- To assist with support of the new online fundraising strategy.
- Appropriate sharing of learning and dissemination of best practice.

**Hours**: Part time (30 hours). We expect flexible working hours to meet the needs of the role, and this may include some evening and weekend work.

**Location**: This role is flexible and may include home, community, and office-based working

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum

**Experience**

Experience of working within an administrative role and an understanding of project work would be ideal.

Clear Enhanced DBS or the willingness to purchase one.
