As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Project Support Coordinator** to join our team.

**Role Overview**

As a Project Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of our disaster repair projects. You’ll provide essential coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support project managers with day-to-day project operations
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and information between teams
- Provide administrative assistance, including document management and reporting
- Assist in tracking project progress and generating analytical insights
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date

**Requirements**:

- Experience in project support or project coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven administrative support experience
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
