Job Title: Office Assistant

**Salary**:£20,000- £24,000 per annum
Location:Welwyn Garden City
Permanent, Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00pm)
COMPANY PROFILE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client based in Welwyn Garden City. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and supporting the Service Desk Administrator.

SKILLS
- Competent with Microsoft Packages
- Confident, and excellent customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic and friendly
- Works well on own initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for any incoming calls.
- Trouble shooting issues for clients and escalating where necessary.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Scheduling engineers and dealing with parts requests.
- Ensure documents are returned from engineers after they've been on a site visit.
- Provide general admin support on an Ad-hoc basis for different departments.

- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
