Hanna Sillitoe Skincare is a skincare and supplements brand that has built a reputation for delivering high-quality products and personalised support to our customers. Based at Alderley Park in Cheshire, our team is dedicated to helping people on their wellness journey, from skin health to overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Guidance**: Educate customers on our skincare and supplement offerings to help them make informed choices that suit their unique needs.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product issues with patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
- **Order Assistance**: Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to the team, helping us constantly improve our products and services.

We have a really lovely little team and enjoy working collaboratively. This is an office role and not a work from home position. Alderley Park is a beautiful place to work and we like to make the most of our space by hosting events, filming content and enjoying on site activities such as group yoga.

The role comes with full, on the job training. We use Gorgias as our ticketing software. Experience with the software (or something similar) would be preferred. If you are an organised, empathetic individual with a passion for customer care and skincare, we'd love to hear from you

Pay: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
