**Location **:Remote - Initial training period will be office based, our offices are based in Alderley Business Park - SK10 4ZE
**Working Hours**: 9am - 5:30pm Saturday & Sunday
**Salary**:£21,000 Pro Rata - increasing over an 18 month period
**The Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team to support on the Weekends.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will represent the foremost provider of beauty devices and interact with customers and suppliers across the world to ensure they receive top class service.
This role is an entry level role and detailed training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and recording details of any customer issues/inquiries
- Learning as much as possible about the company's range of products to ensure you can offer great advice to the customers pre and post-purchase
- Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and obtain information for customers
- Online live text chat with on-site visitors helping them with product advice
- Managing logistics and deliveries
- Working with different payment systems
**Skills**
- Previous experience working in a customer services role
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent IT skills
- Have a good understanding of online purchasing
- Outgoing, friendly attitude and tactful
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
