As our People Services Coordinator, you'll provide a professional, confidential, effective and efficient administrative HR service which meets internal customers’ needs and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements. You'll be part of a centralised team, supporting the whole KP Snacks business in the UK (7 factory sites and a corporate HQ in Slough - c2500 colleagues).

**As a People Services Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Processing of the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle including sending new contracts via Docusign, internal promotions and processing leavers
- Maintaining accurate records of employee related data within our HR system and ensuring all employment requirements are met
- Ensuring all changes are processed accurately and on-time to support the payroll timeframe
- Responding to internal and external HR related enquires or requests and providing assistance
- Completing ad-hoc/monthly reporting requests
- Administration of employee benefits
- Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects
- Understanding how site information feeds into HR to support improvements and efficiencies
**Working hours**
We offer hybrid working with a mix of home and office working. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
