About the Role
As a Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from job advert creation to onboarding. You'll also support wider HR functions, including employee engagement initiatives and staff accommodation coordination.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR or Learning & Development, offering the opportunity to undertake a fully funded CIPD qualification through an apprenticeship programme. It's also a great fit for experienced HR professionals who want a varied and hands-on role in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding
- Lead the staff accommodation offering
- Support the wider HR team with administrative duties and ad-hoc queries
- Assist with HR and L&D projects
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator, confident in liaising with candidates and managers.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided).
- Passionate about people and development, whether you're starting your HR career or bringing experience to a new challenge.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is desirable but not essential—we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
