The role will be based at our Oldham plant in Chadderton.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week working 8:30am-5pm

**Your Experience and Skills**
- Working towards or hold a Level 3 CIPD in HR or CIPP in Payroll
- 1-3 years’ experience within HR/payroll
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to act confidentiality in sensitive situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday/TMS advantageous
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Organised and able to plan effectively
- Meticulous in execution and delivery of tasks

**Your tasks**
- Creating and maintain HR Files including references, contracts, PORTW, medical checks and training records
- General administration tasks such as arranging travel and accommodation, catering, and filing
- Support the HR Manager to produce payroll documents ready for payroll processing
- Support the HR Manager to produce required monthly reports such as absence, attrition, and finance related reports
- Supports the HR Manager and line managers with employee management such as absence, performance and disciplinaries
- Supports the HR Manager with implementation and delivery of HR initiatives
- Supports the HR Manager to coordinate timely and effective training courses in line with requirements and making sure databases are updated accordingly

**The post holder is required to carry out any reasonable duty commensurate with the grade of the position. It is not exhaustive and other duties may be included as appropriate to the level of the position.**

**Salary for the role will be £27,000 per annum**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
