**Role Overview**:
Are you ready to be the go-to expert for managers across a diverse and rewarding HR landscape?

We’re looking for a proactive, confident HR professional to provide first-line advice and support on a wide range of workforce matters. You’ll manage a varied caseload, build strong relationships, and deliver timely, practical guidance aligned with legislation, policy, and our Workforce Strategy. You’ll advise across multiple employment terms and pay scales, support hearings, and support complex TUPEs and restructures.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping our HR/OD service contributing ideas, sharing insights, and helping us continuously improve.

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will be able to:

- Evidence CIPD qualifications and significant knowledge of legal & compliance standards, as well as HR best practice.
- Evidence of HR Advisory experience in complex, unionised environments.
- Excellent communication skills, being able to convey complex and sensitive information to a range of stakeholders.
