**This is a 8-9 month Fixed Term Contract**

Your role as HR Administrator will be supporting the Pub Co HR Support Team with general HR enquiries from our managed pub estate.

**Job Description**:
**Your role as HR Administrator..**
- To work as a key part of the HR Services team with the aim of continually improving communication with the business and harmonisation of processes
- Responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement’s (SLA)
- Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
- General correspondence and administration
