At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier We’re looking for an adult weight management practitioner to join our new service in Brighton & Hove. The role will encompass delivering a range of weight management interventions including:

- Adult weight management groups
- Children & Families Groups and 1:1’s
- Remote telephone support Physical Activity Groups

A typical day as a **Weight Management Practitioner** might include:

- Delivering evidence-based interventions that focus on diet, nutrition, physical activity, behaviour change, and psychological support.
- Delivering both remote and face to face interventions across the full life course through from pregnancy to adulthood.
- Working with partner organisations to create referral routes and meet targets.
- Ensuring an excellent and safe experience for residents using our policies and procedures.
- Supporting referral generation activities to promote the service including outreach and primary / secondary care liaison
- Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments - we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources
- Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
- Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values

**Contract**: We have 1 x Full-Time Permanent position available, and 1 x Part-Time (22.5 hours) Permanent position

**Salary**:Starting at £22,000 per year (pro rata for the part time position - £13,200)
