**Overview of role**
Our dedicated TV Admin unit offers genuine domestic and international expertise and advice on clearance policies and procedures. We have direct contacts to all broadcasters and regulatory bodies around the world.

Our local market technical knowledge means we are a one-stop-shop for all production support and global admin needs meeting an increasing demand for TV Admin support from creative agencies both domestic and international, freelance producers, advertisers, production and post
- production companies.

We cover maternity leave, holidays and provide resourcing for agencies that have limited or no TV Admin department, plus support for other territory offices in France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Spain and Ireland and new ones as they start-up. We now have offices in over 40 countries.

Our TV Admin department has an opening for the position for an experienced TV Administrator.

Responsibilities and key tasks
The role will include:

- Awareness and knowledgeable of all Peach’s recent, current and future campaigns in order to deal with client enquiries
- Managing Clearance process from script to broadcast in various markets across TV, Radio and Cinema
- Managing distribution orders and Subtitling/ Audio Description request
- Managing rotation instructions in all required markets
- Assisting with talent management and child licenses
- Assisting with Miscellaneous Clearances from Poetry to Buildings
- Communicating effectively internally - with finance, account management, sales
- Communicating effectively externally - with clients, media agencies, post-production houses and broadcasters

**Essential Skills**
- Good communication skills - ability to interact with all departments effectively internally and developing close client and station relationships
- Google and Microsoft office packages
- Ability to maintain excellent working standards under pressure
- Good listening skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exemplary written skills - attention to detail is a prerequisite
- Ability to work within a team, but also self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision with accuracy and to handle responsibility
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve and multi-task

**Preferred skills**
- Knowledge of the production cycle of an ad campaign, as would an interest in media
- An ability to demonstrate additional services to existing clients would also be desirable

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous experience within an agency is highly desirable
- Previous experience or the ability to do Clearance and Rotations and placing orders in various markets

Training will be provided to bring you up to speed on our internal processes and you will be encouraged to develop your skills under supervision. As Peach continues its expansion into global delivery, the department is required to support the sales and business development teams.

**Salary**: £41,000.00 per year
