This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant seeking a new challenge in the exciting world of TV production The EA provides executive support to the Joint Managing Directors, covering both professional and personal administrative duties. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) managing calendars, making travel arrangements, organising socials and preparing expenses.

This is key role for the company as ultimately you will contribute to the efficiency of the Production company by providing personalised and timely support to the Joint Managing Directors. It is a busy and fast
- paced environment so you will need to thrive on being focused and highly organised, with great initiative and excellent time management skills.

**Duties**:

- Diary management for the two MD’s.
- Coordination of travel
- Administration of expenses for both MD’s.
- Preparation of management and board
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including creating and collating
- Minuting meetings and distributing notes in a timely
- Ordering gifts as
- The point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external
- Management of specific projects tasks as
- Maintaining confidential and sensitive
- Assisting with coordination of office
- Organisation of team and social
- General administration and other ad-hoc support for the MD’s as required.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Level
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good multi-tasker and forward thinker
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and and confidentiality.
- Friendly and approachable manner with a can-do attitude
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, and all Microsoft
- Team player, no job is too small
- Ability to learn quickly
- Previous TV production experience is desirable but not essential.
