This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and pro-active Digital Skills Training Team as a Digital Skills Training and Support Officer.
Please note the role is primarialy office based at Gee House, the post holder will be required to work from the office with occasional home working.
**Main duties of the job are to**:
Assist the Digital Skills Training Manager in the Department’s administration duties
Communicate effectively with team colleagues, internal BCHC staff and external agencies
Deal directly and pro-actively with all correspondence, including matters which are confidential or sensitive
Work independently to resolve day to day issues
Monitor and amend (where required) staff records on the ESR system
Manage issues arising within the Department ensuring they are dealt with effectively, efficiently and appropriately

The post holder will work with an experienced team of Digital Skills Trainers to support with the provision of an efficient Digital Skills training service to the Trust.
They will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the Digital Skills Training team, handling training requests and bookings effectively and efficiently and for maintaining and updating accurate training records.
